To join the PDL, fill out an SF1187 , a Local PDL membership form, and mail them with a $100 initiation fee to:
LIUNA Local 335 (360) 695-3318 Be sure to complete all requested information on the forms. Your initiation fee can also be deducted from your payroll in four easy installments.
